Although we serve many different companies ranging from well established to start up organizations, they each receive our individualized attention and corporate expertise. Our research strategy primarily includes an extensive search of new candidates, but also includes our extensive database of thousands of professionals, internal candidates contacts and referrals. After that, we target the search to several hundred qualified executives. Then we contact each candidate and focus in even further.

Client Interviews
  • Facilitate client interviews with candidate
  • Attend interview (if possible) to understand the process and see the interaction with the client.
The Referencing Process
  • Conduct thorough reference checks
  • Provide detailed summary of candidate's references including strengths and suitability
  • Conduct degree verification
  • Guarantee search results for one year
Follow-up/Retention
  • Maintain contact with selected candidate/new hire and hiring manager(s)
  • Ensure constant communication with company and proactively address potential challenges
Feedback
  • Provide valuable information to client from candidate's perspective and marketplace perception of the company
